Quality Control Executive

Reports to: Team Lead Quality

Location: Port Qasim - Plant

Grade: E1

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor quality control processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Conduct tests to confirm compliance with specifications and report deviations promptly.
Maintain accurate inspection records, documentation, and reports; analyze trends to support rework minimization and waste reduction.
Assist in conducting internal QC audits and support the department during external audits.
Ensure adherence to QMS procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members to strengthen quality practices.
Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements applicable to the QC lab.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, or related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant QC experience in manufacturing (preferably packaging/films industry).
Strong knowledge of QC tools, testing procedures, and QMS standards (ISO certifications preferred).
Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
