Key Accountabilities:
- To smoothly manage operations, production planning implementation and team management.
- To implement WCM, ISO management systems.
- To effectively manage production supplies and stocks.
- Ability to positively impact EHS culture through sustained, continuous improvement plans.
- To execute new projects and initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:
- B.Sc Chemical & Polymer Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-why, 5W1H, time and motion study etc.)
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and engage.
- Problem solving and data analytics
