Key Accountabilities:
1. Cost saving in relevant procurement orders
2. Vendor development and P2P cycle time reduction
3. Develop & implement effective reporting using ERP and assessment tools to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas
4. Vendor invoice management and GRN execution
5. Follow up with procurement team for various custom clearance activities
6.Market visit for local procurement
7. Liaison with bank and relevant institutions for documentation of LCs and contracts & foreign payments
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:
• MBA / BBA Hons. with min. 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field
• Competent procurement and logistics management
• ERP system, SAP Ariba and MS office
• Must have good communication and presentation skills
• Effective leadership and stakeholders management skills
• Problem solving and data analytics
