Assistant Manager (Talent and OD)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely and quality hiring
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice
- Support organizational development initiatives including talent management and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics (hiring, engagement, performance) and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and organizational performance
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA/HR) preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management / OD / L&D
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
