Assistant Manager (Talent and OD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice
  • Support organizational development initiatives including talent management and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics (hiring, engagement, performance) and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and organizational performance

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA/HR) preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management / OD / L&D
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
