Assistant Manager Chemicals (R&D)

• Develop cost-effective & improved existing chemical raw materials.
• Maintain raw material quality & analyze packaging performance.
• Research new chemicals, materials, & technologies & plant scale evaluation.
• Support production team with chemical analysis. 
• Establish R&D procedures & review lab data.
• Supervise assigned Chemical lab, develop new lab methods and coordinate R&D activities.
• Document project processes, results, & conclusions.
