Assistant Manager Customer Services

 

Manage key client relationships by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders planning, sales, logistics to enusre timely delivery.

Ensure high service levels/OTIF targets for assigned customers, handling customer urgencies. 

Facilitate online approvals while aligning internal resources to meet client requirements- launches,relaunches, promos. 

Supporting monthly invoice targets of Business unit.

Ensure optimal inventory levels at customer sites in line with production plans & capacity.
