Electrical & Automation Maintenance

• Ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems across paper machine sections
• Maintain and troubleshoot MV/LV motors, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, drives, and protection systems
• Handle sectional drive systems, especially ABB drive platforms such as ACS series
• Monitor control panels, field devices, and power distribution systems
• Diagnose faults and support maintenance of ABB DCS / PLC / Drives systems
• Work on communication networks between drives, PLC, and DCS
• Support logic modification, fault analysis, and backup management
• Participate actively in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillar activities
• nalyze recurring failures and identify permanent corrective actions

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 
• 5–8 years of relevant industrial experience in E&I maintenance, preferably in paper manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with ABB DCS / PLC systems, sectional drives, and process automation
• Strong exposure to paper machine electrical and instrumentation systems
