Assistant Manager EHS
1- To impact EHS culture change through sustained, continuous improvement plans by developing Synergy in the EHS infrastructure of site to ensure zero harm to People, Assets and Environment
2-Ensure timely consolidation, review, reporting, recordkeeping, standardization, and analysis of EHS Statistics (EHS Dashboard) and providing meaningful / valuable insights out of it
3- Investigate and track the number of incidents (LTIR, TRIR, Fire) and re-evaluate the controls for mitigation of risks
4- Organize & conduct EHS Trainings, Safety Walks and Campaigns
5- Ensure Compliance of ISO 14001 , 45001 , FSC CoC and other ongoing audits
