Assistant Manager Finishing House

1. To ensure smooth conversion processes with continual improvement of key indicators like OEE, waste, packing cost, safety, quality & productivity.
2. Bring innovation in conversion, packing, storage and dispatch.
3. Coordination with Services and Supply Chain to avoid downtimes and stock out situations.
4. Development and monitoring of dashboards based on key performance indicators. Watch out trends and keep control to ensure objectives are delivered within agreed timelines.
5. Conduct morning meetings and ensure necessary investigations are performed and action plans are adhered.
6. Implementation of WCM activities with agreed timelines.
7. To work on capacity enhancement necessary to meet future business needs.
8. Support implementation of EHS protocols for safe execution of activities.
9. Conduct internal assessments and audits to highlight areas of improvement.
10. Participate in POR, SOR, WCM meetings and implementation of agreed actions within departmental domain.
11. Conduct regular performance reviews of relevant staff to bring culture of high performance.
