Assistant Manager - Fire Safety

Location: Karachi

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead day-to-day fire safety operations and emergency response preparedness.
• Ensure fire protection systems, equipment, and emergency facilities are regularly inspected and maintained.
• Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, emergency drills, and safety awareness sessions; analyze findings and provide actionable insights to strengthen fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response activities, lead the Fire & Emergency Response Team, and conduct monthly performance evaluations to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify fire safety gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain fire safety records, inspection reports, drill reports, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the plant.
