Assistant Manager Instrumentation & Automation

1. Fault finding, troubleshooting, and logic design of DCS (Preferably ABB 800xA) Siemens PLC, and Field Instruments
2. Calibration of instruments such as Pressure and DP transmitters, switches, dampers, positioners, Motorize valves, pneumatic valves, Regulators, actuators, dampers & limit switches
3. Scheduling major overhauls, annual outages (shutdowns), unplanned outages and normal routine activities
4. Must be aware Boiler/Turbine inter locks and safeties of Power plant
5. Maintain the record of spare inventory
6. Maintain the Record of daily check list for field instruments
7. Plan and execute Preventive/Predicative & Proactive maintenance as per the maintenance management system.
8. Must be aware for Lockout/Tag out (LOTO), hot work permit & Confined space.
9. Ensure all team members are aware of their work area boundaries and safety-related concerns
10. Maintain Shutdown record of quarterly, half yearly and yearly
11. Supervise and training of Instrument technician and junior staff
12. Maintain the record of daily job request in system
