Assistant Manager Maintenance

1. Support execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
2. Supervise maintenance activities on the floor.
3. Ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
4. Assist in root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns.
5. Maintain maintenance logs and generate reports.
6. Coordinate with production for planned shutdowns.
7. Ensure availability of tools, spares, and materials.
8. Enforce safety protocols during maintenance activities.
9. Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators.
