Assistant Manager PM 7

1. Ensures organizational production goals are being met by developing new ways to use resources – develops & maintains operational performance of machines to achieve production targets.
2. Supports initiatives to meet production cost targets.
3. Process monitoring and troubleshoot to ensure product quality and adhere to specifications
4. Ensures better maintenance and minimize downtime.
5. Manages development of new products and optimization of existing products. Carries out projects for product development; design initially.
6. Reports hazards and product related issues at machine.
7. Staff training to improve process & product quality
8. Coordinate with senior management of the department on matters of safety, health, environment, food safety and energy.
9. Maintaining and implementing Of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 22000.  Document Record of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 22000 Conducts Audits regarding all   standards & conduct awareness sessions as well.
10. Support manager to ensure the systematic implementation and regular tracking of data and KPIs in the plant.
11. Works with managers, subordinates and teams to ensure Company policies and procedures are strictly followed by everyone.
