Assistant Manager Production

Job Description:

• Bringing efficiencies (EE, CRM, NCR and waste reductions) in Tissue manufacturing.
• Development of new products/RMs as per customer requirements.
• Managing departmental improvement projects
• To keep optimum and cost-effectiveness of production supplies for smooth operation
• Ensure good House Keeping and EHS practices at all times
• Follow up and streamlining of centerlines
• Responsible for capacity building of the teams at machine as well as SPP
• To follow WCM/TPM best practices.
• Data logging and compilation with respect to EnMs, IMS, halal
• Bringing about energy efficiency in the system
• Planning of jobs with respect to conversion demand and ordering of raw materials

Education & Qualification Requirement:

BE chemical engineering with at least 01-3 years of relevant work experience
