Key Accountabilities:

  

  1. To smoothly manage operations, production planning implementation and team management.
  2. To implement WCM, ISO management systems.
  3. TO effectively manage production supplies and stocks.
  4. Ability to positively impact EHS culture through sustained, continuous improvement plans.
  5. To execute new projects and initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvement.

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:

    1. B.Sc Chemical/Polymer/Industrial Engineering with 5 – 7 years of relevant of experience.
    2. Unit Operations, EHS and engineering basics
    3. Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-why, 5W1H, time and motion study etc.)
    4. Good Communication/ Problem solving skills
    5. Ability to engage high performance teams
    6. Proficiency in MS excel/SAP and strong data analytics
