Assistant Manager QA
Quality Management & Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality management systems and procedures across the paper manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, reports, and SOPs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Product & Process Control:
- Monitor raw material (e.g., pulp, chemicals) quality and in-process parameters to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate with production to resolve quality deviations and improve yield and efficiency.
- Evaluate final products for compliance with customer specifications.
Team Supervision & Training:
- Supervise QA/QC inspectors, lab technicians, and other quality personnel.
- Provide training on QA procedures, safety, and best practices.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) and customer visits.
