Assistant Manager QA

Quality Management & Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality management systems and procedures across the paper manufacturing process.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, reports, and SOPs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Product & Process Control:

  • Monitor raw material (e.g., pulp, chemicals) quality and in-process parameters to ensure consistency.
  • Coordinate with production to resolve quality deviations and improve yield and efficiency.
  • Evaluate final products for compliance with customer specifications.

Team Supervision & Training:

  • Supervise QA/QC inspectors, lab technicians, and other quality personnel.
  • Provide training on QA procedures, safety, and best practices.
  • Assist in audits (internal and external) and customer visits.
