Assistant Manager - Risk

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee implementation of the ERM Framework in assigned entities.

• Facilitate identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks at entity level.

• Monitor risk exposures against appetite and track mitigation progress.

• Prepare risk reports for entity ERM Committees and Board Audit & Risk Management Committees.

• Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for continuous monitoring within assigned entities.

• Provide risk management advice, training, and awareness to risk owners and staff.

• Ensure compliance with the ERM Framework and foster a strong risk culture in assigned entities.
