Key responsibilities:
- Outline Quality Assurance Procedures
- Perform Quality Audits to incorporate the leading Indicators in the system
- Oversee risk management procedures
- Develop SOPs for testing methods
- Ensure Quality Assurance standards are implemented
- Develop center lining of machines
- Gather and organize statistical quality data in the AFA Sheets of CRM, INC and Customer Complaints
- Ensure implementation of safe practices in the Department
- Ensure the implementation of Integrated Management System by working on Safety, Health, Environment
- To ensure effective implementation of IMS, QMS, FSSC, HALAL, BRC in BUFC.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:
- Bachelors in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to risk identification and problem solving
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in compliance and documentation
- Adaptable and composed in dynamic, high-pressure regulatory environments
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Customer-centric with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborative and effective in cross-functional teamwork
