Key Accountabilities

• Proactively manage potential customer service problems.
• Generate customer orders and manage deliveries.
• Achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Preparation of sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
• Timely recoveries from assigned customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve them.
• New business development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• MBA in Marketing with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to lead and engage a high-performance team.
