Key responsibilities:
- Identify/Develop new customers in North region.
- Achieving Sales and Profitibility targets of assigned customer base.
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Timely recovery of Payments from customers.
- Sharing and ensuring accuracy of Rolling Sales Forecast (RSF) after close liason with customers.
- Regular visits to customers.
- Other assignments given by Regional Sales Manager
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:
- BSc/BBA/MBA
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Customer-centric with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborative and effective in cross-functional teamwork
