Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, adherence to company policies, and achievement of performance targets. 
  • Supports process improvement initiatives, monitors service delivery, supervises staff,
  • Coordinates across departments to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Preferred Qualification, Skills and Knowledge

•Bachelor's (preferably Master's) with 2-4 years of Experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in managing a team
