Assistant Manager

Key accountabilities

  • Scrutinizing and recommending for approval of Non-Motor claims of Lahore region;
  • Ensuring that the general claims reserves are adequately maintained at all times;
  • Corresponding with the clients and surveyors for any lapse in documentation required for expeditious settlement of claims;
  • To prepare Co-insurance/other-lead non-motor claims settlements/adjustments;
  • To intimate & submit non-motor claims documents to followers;
  • To register other lead claim intimation as per leader statement on monthly basis;
  • To support the regional claim head in the servicing of claims function as per the branch authority

Preferred Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree/Preferably Masters &/or other professional qualification;  
  • Minimum experience of 03 to 05 years;
  • Self-driven enthusiast and Energetic individual;
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities;   
  • Communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving & analytical skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
