• Analyze financial risks and prepare annual projections

• Monitor operational budget by analyzing actual data

• Responsible for costing analysis

• Responsible for product cost rationalization of our products; corrugated boxes

• Analyze feasibilities for proposed projects and make recommendations to BU Head regarding proposed projects and budget

• Prepare reports, monitor product and customer margins, and raise issues to the management to review decisions and projections

• Responsible for the identification, assessment and prioritization of risks in the respective role followed by coordinated and cost-effective application of resources to minimize, monitor and control the probability of the occurrence of the unforeseen risks
