• To prepare daily meals  and ensure food quality taste and proper         presentation 

• To be maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen dining hall area

• To follow food safety and hygiene standards 

• To manage cooking activities during meal times,

•To ensure timely preparation and serving of food
•To keep kitchen utensils and cooking area clean
•To Coordinate with canteen staff for smooth operations 
•To follow HACCP principles during all food preparation and monitor stack and request needed items.
