Executive OPP Metalizer

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for smooth running of operations at Metallizer during shift
• Set up of machine as per planning.
• To keep mill roll record at SAP
• Review, trace and minimize wastages.
• SHE Implementation
• Monitor and keep check during metallization (production) to ensure quality
• Reporting of wastage and man power efficiency
• 5S

• Ensure BOPP metallized film production as per planning in a timely manner while conforming to quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and machine set up instructions as per requirement with co-ordination of Team Lead
• Ensure Shift Production targets are met
• Review all production related reports.
• Ensure proper running of the machine and fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Manage shifting of Metallizable Rolls from slitter Hall to Metallizer Hall.
