Executive - Software Development

Packages Group IT is looking for a talented and passionate Executive-Software Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative applications that support our diverse business functions. The project-based assignments use modern technologies including, but not limited to, Flutter, .NET, Laravel and other programming languages to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using Flutter, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and end-users to understand project requirements.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Maintain documentation for development processes, code changes, and technical solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovations to enhance business efficiency.
• Support ongoing IT digitalization initiatives across different business units within the group.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge for self and team members by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks.
