Key Accountabilities:
• To smoothly manage operations (Production, Maintenance, Admin, Stores & Dispatch) and production planning.
• Implement of WCM & ISO Management system.
• Effective management of Production supplies and Semi-Finished stocks,
• Ability to build EHS culture change through sustained and continuous implementation of improvement plans.
• Execution of new projects & initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:
• B.Sc./ BS Chemical/ Polymer/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of production and processing of printing inks.
• Knowledge of EHS & tools related to GMPs & WCM.
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP and strong data analytics.
• Ability to lead and engage teams.
