Head of Investment Banking

Key Accountabilities

•Lead deal origination, structuring, execution & closure for corporate finance, M&A, equity/debt placements, Sukuk, IPO/Right Issue etc.

•Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders

•Oversee preparation of information memorandum pitch decks, financial models, valuations, and marketing materials

•Develop and execute a business expansion strategy—targeting listings, deals, and collaborations with brokerage/investment houses

•Coordinate with other functions to deliver holistic financial solutions

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•MBA with Minimum 12–15 years in Investment Banking,/Corporate Finance, with at least 5 years at the senior management level

•Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus
