Human Resource Business Partner - BUFP

Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals. The role supports leaders and employees in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a culture of performance and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and provide HR solutions that support these goals.

    • Use workforce data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve performance.

  • Talent Management:

    • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

    • Facilitate performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

  • Organizational Development:

    • Drive change management initiatives to improve team effectiveness and culture.

    • Promote engagement and retention strategies aligned with company values.

  • HR Operations:

    • Partner with centers of excellence (COEs) like Compensation, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to deliver seamless HR services.

    • Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR Certification preferred)

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR roles with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR capacity

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

    • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills

    • Data-driven approach with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms
