Junior Executive E&I

Purpose:

Responsible for the preventive and planned Maintenance, troubleshooting and shutdown maintenance of the Plant for smooth operations. Responsible to handle complaints in shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance activities for all control systems (DCS/PLC), transformers, motors, electrical and instrumentation equipment, control valves, and field instruments during assigned shifts.
• Resolve maintenance-related shift complaints, ensuring timely restoration of equipment and systems.
• Provide support to the supervisory staff, when required, for on-site modifications and changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor and relevant departments to identify and implement equipment improvements and ensure timely updating of maintenance records and documentation.
• Identify and communicate job-related risks and hazards prior to commencing maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures to prevent incidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned.
