Junior Executive Mech. Design

1. Mechanical Design & Drafting:
   Develop detailed mechanical designs for a wide range of maintenance parts and components, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering standards.
2. In-house Machine Modifications:
   Lead modifications of machinery to reduce downtime, improve safety, and enhance quality.
3. Project Coordination with Global Service Providers:
   Act as the focal point for document control and technical coordination for the Curtain Coater project, liaising with VOITH, GAW and internal teams.
4. Procurement Coordination:
   Manage the complete ordering process for mechanical parts, coordinating with the SCM team for timely follow-ups and procurement.
5. Supervision of Mechanical Projects:
   Oversee the execution and progress of mechanical projects, including the manufacturing and overhauling of strategic and CAPEX projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
6. Material & Service Estimation:
   Estimate materials & services required for projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
7. Shutdown Project Leadership:
   Lead the mechanical team and contractors during project shutdowns, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
8. Part Fabrication & Outsourcing:
   Create detailed drawings for parts sourced internationally, developing in-house or local market alternatives where feasible.
9. Material Record Keeping:
   Maintain comprehensive records of material ordering for both office needs
10. Outsourced Work Supervision:
    Complete the drawing, estimation, and supervision of outsourced tasks, such as civil works (building, floor cutting, wire cutting, etc.), ensuring precision and cost-efficiency.
