Junior Maintenance Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of transformers, motors, VFDs, and switchgear to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections, tests, and diagnostics on electrical systems and components to identify potential faults and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations (such as NEC, IEC) during all electrical work.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and assist with training on electrical systems, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure effective coordination between electrical teams and other departments to optimize workflow and project timelines.
- Monitor and control inventory levels for electrical components, ensuring that all materials and tools required for maintenance are available.
- Assist in the commissioning and testing of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, troubleshooting electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
