Junior Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain ABB DCS and associated control systems
• Diagnose faults in field instrumentation and control loops
• Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, positioners, actuators, and pneumatic cylinders
• Handle maintenance of load cells, sensors, switches, and transmitters
• Carry out calibration and loop checking of field instruments
• Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities
• Read and interpret instrument drawings, loop diagrams, and P&IDs
• Maintain maintenance records and calibration reports
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams for smooth plant operation
