Management Trainee -Engineer

Reporting To: Department Manager

Location: Karachi - Port Qasim

Key Accountabilities:

•Participate in structured on-the-job training across various technical functions.

•Support daily production and operational activities.

•Assist in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Analyze production data and prepare technical reports.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

•Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues.

•Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.

•Undertake assigned projects and present findings to management.

Prefered Knowlege, Skills & Behaviours:

•B.E. in any Technical Discipline.

•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0–1 year of experience).

•Proficiency in MS Office.

•Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

•Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
