Manager Conversion

1. Output and efficiency: Hit monthly OEE, throughput and schedule-adherence targets across the FFG, die-cutter, stitching and gluing lines, and cut setup and make-ready time through SMED and standard work
2. Waste and cost: Keep conversion waste, rework and consumables cost within budget, and use daily loss analysis to fix chronic losses at the root.
3. Quality and customer: Make sure every job meets customer specification, own the closure of internal and external complaints (including customer visits), and cut repeat NCRs.
4. People and discipline: Build a capable, accountable team through skill matrices, training and shift performance reviews, and handle manpower, leave, overtime and discipline within delegated authority.
5. Safety, IMS and reliability: Run an incident-free department, keep IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001) compliant through risk assessments, KPIs and CAPA, and drive AM/PM discipline with maintenance to keep machines at peak condition
