Manager Non-Tissue Operations

Key Accountabilities:

Lead Non-Tissue Operations
– Oversee end-to-end operations of non-Tissue machines.
WCM Leadership
– Act as a key leader in the implementation and sustainment of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives.
Waste Reduction
– Analyze waste data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions to minimize material loss.
Improve Machine Efficiency (EE)
– Drive machine performance improvements through OEE monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Lead New Projects
– Initiate and manage CAPEX and process enhancement projects related to Non-Tissue business growth and efficiency.
Labor Management
– Ensure optimal workforce planning, productivity, and motivation. Maintain discipline and build a performance-oriented culture.
Ensure Smooth Operations
– Maintain operational continuity by resolving daily production issues, ensuring availability of resources, and coordinating with planning, maintenance, and quality teams.
Improve Product Quality
– Work closely with the quality team to reduce defects, improve process controls, and meet customer satisfaction standards.
