Manager Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan proactive hiring strategies.

Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective hiring delivery.

Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and improve recruitment outcomes.

Build a strong employer brand through digital channels, recruitment campaigns, and partnerships with external platforms or institutions.

Maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement of potential candidates.

Oversee recruitment compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Lead diversity hiring efforts and promote inclusive recruitment practices.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

Ensure an efficient and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills, Experience and Behavior

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

6–8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools.

Experience in employer branding and managing campus or volume hiring is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
