Manager Technical - Utilities & Maintenance (U&M)

Key Accountabilities

•Responsible for managing the maintenance and reliability of mechanical systems and utilities at Plant for continuous machine operations while minimizing cost and improving efficiency of man & machine to achieve Co.'s profitability targets.

•Drive overall productive maintenance, OEE and reduce machine downtimes through efficient delivery of maintenance plans whilst ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

•Maintain commitments to a high standard of safety and comply with all applicable laws and policies.

•Ensures implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards resulting in improvements in Safety, Machine Reliability, Productivity and Costs.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Accountabilities

•Min. B.E. Mechanical

•07 years experience in the Mechanical Maintenance Field including utilities, preferably in a 24/7 Manufacturing Set Up. incl. 04 years hands-on as Engineering / Mechanical Lead.

•Functional Skills:

•Knowledge of Machine Design, Machine Maintenance (Preventive & Corrective), Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

•Proficiency in maintenance management software .e.g. SAP PM Module

•Strong Technological Orientation

•Is familiar with Mechanical Parts, Softwares, and Utilities Systems.
