
Key Accountabilities
•Management of fleet and employee vehicle including insurance, registration, tracker arrangement, claims, motor tax
•Facilities management including repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, repairs and management of ancillary staff
•Booking of International and Domestic Flights, Hotel / Accommodation reservation, Pick & Drop facilities for IGI Employees
•Tasks related to admin department including purchase of goods for IGI & nationwide branches and processing of all invoices
•Execution of Fuel Cards, change etc for company employees and pool cars
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in the administration department
•Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
•Proficiency is MS Office
