National Sales Capability Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

•Drive adoption of structured sales methodologies, call planning,
and trade execution standards.
•Coach frontline managers on how to lead sales teams effectively
 through performance reviews & coaching sessions.
•Conduct training on route-to-market strategies, coverage expansion, and distributor profitability management.
•Build capability of distributor partners and their sales staff on
order generation, stock management & merchandising.
 
Requirements:
 
•Education: At Least Graduation with 7 years of Commercial Sales experience including 3 years of experience in a similar role.
•Multinational FMCG background will be preferred.
