Officer Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KYC/CDD Management
    a) Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients in accordance with SECP AML/CFT regulations.b) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all client information.
  2. Client Coordinationa) Follow up with clients for pending documents and provide clear guidance on required information and maintain professional communication to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
  3. Compliance Documentation & Reporting
    a) Maintain comprehensive and organized compliance records and documentation.
    b) Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  4. Operational Issue Resolution
    a) Review operational and KYC-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
    b) Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen compliance controls. 
  5. Internal Support & Process Improvement
    a) Support internal teams with client onboarding and record management activities.
    b) Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes and workflows.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor's

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Skills: Proficiency and Microsoft Office, Client Coordination
