Officer Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
- KYC/CDD Management
a) Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients in accordance with SECP AML/CFT regulations.b) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all client information. - Client Coordinationa) Follow up with clients for pending documents and provide clear guidance on required information and maintain professional communication to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
- Compliance Documentation & Reporting
a) Maintain comprehensive and organized compliance records and documentation.
b) Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. - Operational Issue Resolution
a) Review operational and KYC-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
b) Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen compliance controls. - Internal Support & Process Improvement
a) Support internal teams with client onboarding and record management activities.
b) Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes and workflows.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Qualification: Bachelor's
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Skills: Proficiency and Microsoft Office, Client Coordination
