Job Description

1. Timely and Accurate Processing of Enrollments: Ensure efficient handling of member additions, deletions, and modifications.

2. Preparation of Updated Insured Member Lists: Maintain and provide accurate insured member reports to clients.

3. Salary Updates for Insured Members: Record and process salary revisions for enrolled members.

4. Record Maintenance & Compliance: Keep accurate, audit-ready documentation for all enrollment and salary activities.

5. Client Communication & Coordination: Maintain timely and clear communication with client HR teams.

6. Data Accuracy in System Updates: Ensure correctness of all updates in internal systems related to enrollments and salaries.

7. Adherence to SOPs and Guidelines: Follow internal SOPs and ensure all updates comply with underwriting and operational standards.

8. Suggest Workflow Improvements: Propose ideas to streamline the enrollment and update processes.
