Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor equity orders (from clients or proprietary book) on PSX/PMEX with speed and accuracy.

• Analyze technical and fundamental market data—price charts, economic indicators, and regulatory developments—to identify trade opportunities.

• Develop, test, and refine trading strategies (day, swing, position trading based on market conditions). 

• Actively monitor and adjust open positions, employing strict risk controls (stop‑loss, position sizing, risk/reward ratio).

• Maintain trading records and generate regular performance reports.

• Coordinate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and sales teams to align insights and execution plans. 

• Communicate with clients on portfolio performance, trade rationale, and market conditions.

• Ensure all trades comply with SECP and PSX/PMEX regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education & Licenses

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

• PSX trading license or TREC-holder is highly preferred. 

Experience

• Entry–level: 1+ year internship/graduate experience in brokerage, trading, or finance (e.g., Azee Securities entry role). 

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency with trading terminals and software (MetaStock, Bloomberg, etc.).

• Strong technical analysis: chart patterns, indicators, quantitative signals. 

• Sound understanding of risk management techniques and tools.

• Familiar with local financial regulations and compliance procedures.
