Key Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in tax filings and statutory reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CA-Inter, CMA – part-qualified) are a plus
- Experience in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
