Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in tax filings and statutory reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CA-Inter, CMA – part-qualified) are a plus
  • Experience in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
