Officer

  • Submit reimbursement cheques in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle and assist walk-in corporate customers professionally
  • Manage call center responsibilities, including inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to official WhatsApp messages promptly
  • Attend and respond to official calls via extension or mobile
  • Collaborate effectively as part of the team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly claim utilization reports
  • Conduct weekly visits to assigned/dedicated clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Log and track daily claims and related correspondence
  • Prepare payment requisitions as required
  • Perform additional departmental tasks or special assignments as needed
  • Work on daily assigned emails as directed by the Team Leader
