- Submit reimbursement cheques in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle and assist walk-in corporate customers professionally
- Manage call center responsibilities, including inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to official WhatsApp messages promptly
- Attend and respond to official calls via extension or mobile
- Collaborate effectively as part of the team
- Prepare weekly and monthly claim utilization reports
- Conduct weekly visits to assigned/dedicated clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Log and track daily claims and related correspondence
- Prepare payment requisitions as required
- Perform additional departmental tasks or special assignments as needed
- Work on daily assigned emails as directed by the Team Leader
