Operator

Job responsibilities :

• Minimize process waste and setting waste
• Reviewing the daily production program and plan accordingly.
• Arrange required material for job including stereo, glue, inks, sample and ISO/JOB card and arrangement of reels/sheets accordingly.
• Machine setting as needed for specific job
• Processing the trial sheet/box for approval by the supervisor
• Running the machine as per work instructions and specifications (Technical & Process) and filling the    quality record generated as the result.
• Getting the samples at suitable intervals to check the quality against the job cards
• Complete the job as per the requirement of the production program and the job card
• Filling the production reports
• To Achieved conformance with AQL’s targets
• Minimize process waste and setting waste
• Ensure safe work environment
• Ensure optimum use of resources and participate in savings initiatives
• Cleaning and sending of stereo of completed job along with job card and approved sample to the

                Stereo section

• The preparation of material return note of unused reels and receiving from the paper store.
