Key responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient machine operations to meet daily production targets while following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining quality standards.

Implement WCM methodology to reduce production losses and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Work towards reducing operational waste in line with business unit goals and performance targets.

Improve product quality by standardizing machine settings and reducing customer complaints and CRM issues.

Conduct regular maintenance activities to maintain the health and performance of machinery.

Manage safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) compliance along with cost control and inventory management.
Preffered Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BS Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Mechatronics
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of machines, troubleshooting, safety, and GMP standards.
- Proficient in data analysis and RCA for continuous improvement.
- Effective floor leadership with strong time, budget, and communication skills.
- Self-driven and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled at multitasking
