Production Manager - BURC
To manage the production of rubber rollers and ensure that production outputs align with business targets while maintaining control over costs, quality standards, EHS performance, lead times, and inventory management. To drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial, operational, and environmental dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly invoice targets as defined by Sales.
2. Monitor production output against revenue goals.
3. Maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking reports.
4. Implement and monitor Cost Control Matrix against 2025 budget.
5. Ensure material consumption remains within approved limits.
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
7. Monitor OTIF performance and production lead times.
8. Coordinate with Sales for service level improvement.
9. Reduce process wastage through systematic analysis.
10. Reduce customer complaints.
11. Address internal non-conformances promptly.
12. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
