Assure relationship building with customers, Liaison on with customer for accurate scheduling.
• Preparation of sales forecast on annually, quarterly and monthly basis. Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them.
• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• To attend customers complaints and settle them with mutual consent
• Responsible to conduct the operations of the business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to the said role, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices and internal standards.
