Role Purpose

The Return to Rise Associate role is designed for female professionals returning to the workforce after a career break. The role offers an opportunity to work on meaningful business assignments, contribute to organizational objectives, and refresh professional capabilities through hands-on experience, learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of departmental projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Participate in learning, mentoring, and development activities throughout the programme.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative approach in all assignment

Applicants Must:

• Be women professionals seeking to return to the workforce after a minimum career break of one year.
• Possess at least 3–5 years of prior professional work experience, with preference given to candidates with strong prior corporate experience and demonstrated potential to assume managerial or specialist roles in the future.
